Watershed Administrator, Dakota County
Oversees functions of the VRWJPO under direction from the Vermillion River Watershed Joint Powers Board.
Implements the Vermillion River Watershed Management Plan.
Develops the annual VRWJPO budget in coordination with staff, partners, the Watershed Planning Commission, and the Joint Powers Board.
Identifies and seeks approval for funding through the Watershed Management Tax District.

Performs project development, design, and implementation of water quality, stream restoration, and other stormwater management projects.
Administers regulatory programs and supporting the application of the Vermillion River Watershed Management Plan and Standards by local communities.

Creates and delivers outreach and education initiatives throughout the Watershed.
Creates publications, including the bi-annual newsletter and participating at partner educational events.
Manages volunteer programs.
Maintains the organizations presence on social media and the website.
Fulfills the administrative duties for the Watershed.
