The annual festival is produced for 4th grade students in the Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area and is held at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. Due to COVID-19, the festival is virtual in 2021. The festival teaches children about water resources and how they can help ensure a future where both the quantity and quality of water resources are protected and managed wisely. Fourth grade teachers and parents or guardians are welcome to register and access the content after Sept. 27, throughout the rest of the 2021-22 school year.
